On Anna and Andrew’s wedding day, it looked as if all of Birmingham was going to get a flood of rain. Brett and I even drove through some blinding rain on the way there. Once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that The Sonnet House had not seen a drop of rain. Thankfully, the Sonnet house had a perfect little heavenly umbrella for Anna and Andrew’s beautiful outside wedding.
The clouds started to burn off just in time for our outside photos, what a blessing! The setting was beautiful and it was our first time to shoot a wedding at the Sonnet House. Everything was planned SO extremely well and it showed by how smoothly the day went. One of my favorite things about Anna’s day was her Ah-mazing flowers. She had some pretty awesome visions for flowers and her pretty awesome florist ran with it and had fabulous works of art everywhere.
Anna is the sister of one of Brett’s close friends from growing up, so yet again, we were able to enjoy new and old friends alike at the reception. Of course, this means that I took way too many photos and have plenty of ridiculous faces that will not quite make it to the blog. Here’s to photographing fun memories!
Anna and Andrew – thanks for trusting us to shoot one of life’s biggest moments. I hope you’re loving newlywed life and that you find marriage to be a huge blessing!
