I loved going back through Shelby and Jay’s photos! Of course theirs is one of the ones from last year that’s just now making it to the blog. You can read more on this post if you’re wondering how on earth this could be so late getting up. I certainly had grand plans of submitting to blogs, putting it up at just the right day, being sure to go back and blog in order, blah blah blah, so here we are a year later, with perfectionism having taken over in the worst of ways once again. An ongoing life goal of progress over perfection over here.
Regardless of when these were taken, I still love them. I loved her flowers, the special details, and most certainly the heart these two have for each other. They are just so chill together and have the sweetest love with so much spunk along with it! I think my favorite detail throughout the day (you can probably tell…) would be the hand painted invitation a family friend had done as a gift. Um. Yes please?! I LOVE this idea?! LOVE LOVE LOVE. I literally had plans to pull out our invites after this and have the same thing done ; ) I also adored her dress that had just the right amount of gorgeousness and personality for Shelby. I also keep going back to these gorgeous florals and succulents they used all over? Basically this day was filled with some of the most wonderful souls and some of my favorite vendors to boot. It was a good, great, glorious day.
Shelby and Jay, thank you for having us by your side on this day. I hope the last year has been a blessing to y’all. You two were a blessing to us and I absolutely loved this journey with y’all!
